Day 8 - Build up continues on the S2000.

Placement determined, marked and ready to cut.

 

Cut made to allow low pressure area in vehicle wake to improve air flow over the coolers .

 

Rear bumper outlet marked and ready to cut.

 

Cut made; lightweight custom bumper beam that will minimize obstruction to follow.

 

Fluidyne twin cooler setup with shroud and SPAL fan; one cooler for the differential and one for the transmission.

 

Cooler/fan assembly installed.

 

Ducting to seal the cooler exit to the bumper cover will increase efficiency; coming soon.

 

Part 1 of the install is complete.
